Jill Murphy is an instructional designer, technical writer and technical trainer. She is an expert in adult learning theory and an on-going student of the latest research in accelerated learning techniques. She offers computer software training, one-on-one technical consulting and project management for large training projects. She is very good at organizing and simplifying technical information. In the classroom, she brings dull material to life through use of stories, analogies and humor. She has authored many books for Labyrinth Publications which publishes complete texts for instructor-led and self-paced learning.

Jill Murphy worked at IBM for twenty years, in technical support, training and training management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and is a founding member of the Computer Training Network.
