
Mark Lewis is a practitioner of conflict resolution and cross-cultural
communication. He is a trainer, mediator, facilitator, and
coach.
Mark works
with individuals, teams, organizations and communities to resolve
conflict and understand issues of culture, identity and diversity.
Mark has an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George
Mason University (ICAR). He has mediated disputes for the Alameda
County Superior Court and the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
He has also delivered training on narrative facilitation for
the Judicial Council of California. Mark has a BA in English
and a minor in Sociology from the University of
Puget Sound.
Mark has delivered cross-cultural training in the U.S. and Germany
for Charis Intercultural Training Corporation, and Inwent/CDG.
He speaks fluent German.
With Abbott Communications, Mark co-authored several articles: The
Three-Ring Circus of Business and Teaching, Managing the Know-it-all,
The Time Factor and Humor in the Classroom.
