Katherine,

I want to thank you again for doing such a great job training our subject matter experts how to teach. The feedback has been entirely positive, which is a very rare thing here. You need to know that people at Johns Hopkins are critical by nature. That is a good thing. That is one reason Johns Hopkins has such a stellar reputation. During the four weeks that you have been training our instructors, I haven’t heard one critical comment. In fact, all I have heard is praise. I want to thank you for that.

I also appreciate your efforts in working with me to figure out how Johns Hopkins needs could be met. You were willing to change the format of the class so that we could train everyone within the month with you as the instructor and modify the materials to fit the new format.
