Welcome to The Tech Trainer's Advantage ™

Our Train the Trainer course for Technical Trainers

The Tech Trainer's Advantage™course covers the same skills as The Trainer's Advantage™ with additional information about handling equipment, managing the participants, using the room layout, working with computers, making your dry material come alive etc. Katherine has been a technical trainer as well as a soft skills trainer so she can talk about the differences and similarities of the two types of training. There are definite differences between the two and it will help your employee know what they are.

 

Many of our participants work in a manufacturing environment where computer chips are made, drugs are created, computer chips are tested, computer chips are reduced in size, equipment is washed or the training is done in a clean room. Each environment offers specific challenges. We have developed additional modules that we add to the training depending on your specific environment. Before Katherine teaches your first class, she will visit your company site and modify the materials accordingly. The training is not "out of the box." Katherine will modify the training and the materials to fit your specific needs while teaching your employees the major skills that are necessary for them to be successful as Trainers and Speakers.
