Our Master Trainer's Mark Lewis Mark Lewis is an intercultural trainer with a degree in Writing and Sociology from the University of Puget Sound. He is a recent alum of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals (CBYX), a government exchange program between Germany and the United States. While in Germany Mark worked for Intercultural Understanding, a training & consulting firm that prepares professionals from around the world to interact with cultures other than their own. Mark has also spent time studying and living in London, England. Writing continues to play an important part in Mark's intercultural work. As an associate of Abbott Communications he has co-authored several training articles. He was the primary collaborator on the following articles: The Three-Ring Circus of Business and Teaching, Managing the Know-it-all, The Time Factor and Humor in the Classroom. Stephanie Moore Stephanie Moore, brings her energy and desire to help people reach their personal and organizational development goals to all her work. Stephanie has traveled nationally and internationally to present leading-edge career and leadership development concepts and programs to organizations, universities, and associations. The Moore Group's core course is Accelerating Your Career. She has held various positions including Workforce Development Manager and Master Facilitator for the Career Action Center, Vice President and Career Center Director for Drake Beam Morin, Senior Training Manager for First Deposit Bank, and Program Development Specialist for PacTel InfoSystems. She is also a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and BlessingWhite focusing primarily in the areas of leadership and employee development Jill Murphy Jill Murphy has twenty years of experience with the IBM Corporation in technical support, training, and training management. Because of her experience, she has a knack for organizing training projects, simplifying technical material and bringing dull material to life. She provides classroom computer training, one-on-one technical consulting and the planning and overseeing of large training projects. She is also involved in instructional design, technical writing and training technical trainers. She is an expert in adult learning theory and an on-going student of the latest research in accelerated learning techniques. Jill has a Bachelor's degree in Education and is a founding member of the Computer Training Network on the Internet. Jill was a consultant on the development of the Writer's Advantage™ workshop.
